Find something you know how to do then describe it.
How to paint a wall, how to change a tyre, cook and egg, flip a pancake (use props and practise a bit), feed a baby, choose a hat, tie shoes, get up in the morning, plant a tree, write a thank you note.

that's what you should do it on. just be naked when you do this or you'll lose the attention of everyone in the room. that would be a disaster.
