it is as easy as right clicking on the song and moving the cursor to get album artwork, in order for it to work properly though, the information has to be correct. luckily, you just need artist and album fields entered correctly for itunes to import the album cover. if itunes doesn't recognize the album, for instance you can't find ANY led zepelling, just google the artist, on discography, right click the album cover, save it to your pictures or desktop, then drag and drop it to the window

Select/highlight the songs of the cd, right click and choose "Get Album Artwork"

right click the song(s) and it'll give you the option to add albus art. make sure you have the picture/album art first saved onto your computer so you can "browse" and find it it there. hope that helps!
