He ranks higher than Clinton & Carter by a longshot - I still shake my head at how on earth dumb & dumber could have made it to the White House . I'm sure there are some more intellectual thsan others - but the country was so let down by Clinton & Carter - that we were ripe for attacks ..or for hostage taking .

Well, he has been smart enough to be president without being elected by the people of the US. He has benn smart enough to rape the planet, manipulate financial data to make it look like the failing economy isn't failing ( all those fast food jobs are hellacious indicators of growth) smart enough to enrich a cadre of already rich and impoverish some who were doing fairly well before he came along...Machiavelli was also smart. I sure would like to see patriotic, ethical, and honest in the question!
