what kind of people travel in the very well known bus company?

what kind of persons travel using greyhound. Is that the reason for "normal" people to avoid such company.

It is a combination of people who can't afford the fare of an airplane or can't face the baggage inspection of an airplane plus those with an irrational fear of flying. Now those are the people you want to spend a lot of hours stuck in your seat next to.
