Hello,
I have very irregular periods and so I have been tracking with BBT. I ovulated on Friday the 23. 7dpo I started spotting. It was heavy enough to wear a liner but that is all. This is the second day and it is starting to become lighter. It is rust in color. It is like the first day of your period in heavness. Is this implantation? We are TTC so we are hoping it is.
Thank you

My temps are normally 97.6 and I have not seen a decrease in my temp. Today it went up to 97.9.

Bleeding 7 DPO certainly fits the criteria for implantation bleeding. You should have a period in the next week or so and I'm betting it won't happen. Sounds like someone should be ready for a celebration! Good luck honey.

That sounds like it is implantation bleeding. 7 days or more past ovulation is usually when it occurs. I had it with my son and I took a test about 5 days before my period was due and got a positive result. So give it a couple more days and take an early pregnancy test. Good luck!

Sounds very good. 7DPO is about the right time to notice implantation bleeding and/or cramping. Since your temp is staying up, that's also a good sign.

If your temp stays elevated for 18DPO, you are almost certainly pregnant (though luteal cyst can be a very rare cause of extended LP).

Alternately, if your temp stays elevated 3 days beyond your longest LP, you are also almost certainly pregnant.

Good luck!

it could be implantation, but a pregnancy test should confirm it at this point, if your period is due. GOOD LUCK!
