Skimping on your power supply is not a good idea. You could get away with 400/450watts, but the few clams you save isn't worth it. The larger the percentage draw of current, the hotter the power supply will run. Adding on to the PC in the future adds to the current draw.

Use a 600watt or better power supply and at least a mid sized tower case. Your build will run cooler and last longer. 350watt power supplies are just plain stupid. 450's aren't much better. Micro-cases only add fuel to the fire.

Cheers :-)

do no longer purchase that overpriced ability hungry gtx 470.it performs only same as hd 5770 it truly is lot more good value than that. at that cost, you are able to get hd 5870 it truly is the monster card and performs a lot more suitable positive and attracts a lot less ability. only desire a 500 watts ability furnish.you ought to purchase one high quality ability furnish of six hundred- 650 watts from corsair.they produce high quality psu.flow with hd 5870 and stay away from that gtx 470.

Its not so much a minimum as it is "how much hardware do you plan to add?". Todays PCs require more wattage. Your best bet is to go with at least 500 watts. Its not that much more if you do a little shopping.

400 watts are the minimum in a modern computer. You don't have any high energy consuming components so 400 watts will work fine for you also.

bare minimum would 350 on that one, I'd recomend 500... bigger is better, you dont want to little power or you will have issues, such as an overload can knock hardware out, lack of power can also impeed the power of your system components.
