Oh, man! - a better question might be: "Who's really interesting, and NOT so annoying on TV lately! - HA!
There's a long list:

Regis - one of the most annoying people EVER!

Dr. Phil - is anyone else tired of this guy?

Simon Cowell - can't stand this guy!

Conan O'Brien - is too silly & stupid to walk!

The Donald - YOU"RE fired!

and that terribly, annoying, car commercial that's on right now - again! - the car commercial about "the American presidents" - ENOUGH ALREADY! - YOU'VE WORN THIS ONE OUT!

"Reality TV" is beginning to wear VERY thin! (I can't stand these stupid shows! - why can't we have more redeeming shows?)

Oh, almost forgot: the "style guy" on Entertainment Tonight: CuJoe, KeJoe, or whatever his name is, he gives me the creeps!

If fictional ad characters count, then it is those easily-offended cavemen on the GEICO Insurance ad. I am so tired of hearing those scruffy looking creeps whining that they were insulted by hearing that getting that brand of insurance is so easy a caveman could do it.

To make it even worse I heard they are going to do a sitcom featuring them whining their way through a modern life.
