the best eyeliner is Mary Kay because it does not smudge!! it looks great and it is long lasting... ive tried many different brands and none can compare to Mary Kay! it you want dramatic colors.. try MAC fluidline... which is better than normal eyeliners from any brand and looks amazing!!!!

I like Lancome Le styole eyelinear because it gives you more control than liquid eyelinears and it is like a pencil liquid eyelinear. It has a sharp point that gives more of a straight line and you are able to get it close to the lashline. Work for a drmatic look as well as a soft natural look. The color black comes of really dark, which I like.
Lot f people love Mac Fluidlines.

MAC Liquid Eye Liner is amazing it makes it super easy to make really defined thin or thick lines, but for pencil eyeliner i love revlon colorstay it doesn't smudge and stays in place all day.

best one is Benefit in onyx black. Goes on so easily, and has a second side to smudge. Ive put up a link, its the second one from the bottom, i just bought one off ebay, and im so pleased. Ive also heard of pen ones, my sister has one by no7. its like a felt tip, but is an eyeliner, which is quite good to. Hope this helps! x

I like Urban Decay's Liquid Eyeliner. It comes in all kinds of colors. When I use a pencil, I use NYC. I know it's not the best, but it works for me.

Liquid: Makeup For Ever - will not run, stain, smudge, or move, even after swimming.
Pencil: Physician's Formula - the dark brown is the perfect shade, it isn't like a graphite pencil like the cheap cheap ones, and although it smudges a bit, it still looks good. Bonne Bell is pretty good for the price too.. and so is NYC.

Mary Kay Signature Eye Liner! It has great lasting abilities. I'll put in on at 7am and it's still there at 10pm. It holds up great in the summer with swimming and all. It also has the built in sharpener so it makes applying very easy.

Maybelline. Because it's pretty inexpensive but it lasts until the end of the day when you apply it. It dries quickly, doesn't clump or smudge and looks very natural!

I like Mac PowerPoint liners, they last all day, great colors. Bountiful Brown is my favorite.
