It very well could mean that, but most people know when they really like someone. But blushing is not a sure sign. I was so shy when I was younger that I would blush around ANY boy that was remotely attractive or funny or just nice, even if I didn't know him! It might just mean that you aren't quite used to hanging out with boys or you're just nervous you might say or do something to embarrass yourself. Don't worry, it gets easier, especially when get to know the boy and find out he's just a person.
It is really embarrassing when someone points out that you're blushing, but just try to shrug it off. It gets easier!!

In my experiences-- yes it does. Even if I think a guy is cute and have never seen him before....i will blush!

NO it does not. but it could mean any thing. look into yourself to see what you are feeling. when I was young and innocent I blushed all the time.
