what does the question mean?
India is in south asia. its not in western part of the globe. and if you are asking about westernization then i would say India is Indianized.

It is relative .
For Japan, India is a Western country, for Saudi, it is an eastern country.
For Mongolians, India is a Southern country, For Shrilankans it is a Northern country.

i agree with Ramsay James. that will depend on how u look at india. if u look at india upside down , ur perspective will change then,ok.
