Your circuit is designed to handle up to 30 amps and with only 25, you will cerrtainly not over load it. HOWEVER, the 25 amp model may not cool as effieiently as the 30 amp model and you may want to note the Cubic feet per minute of air delivered of the replacement and see if there is a significant difference.

That's a little too close. The fan draws extra current when it starts up and could top 30 amps for a second.

nothing.. if you need to fuse the fan at 25 amps, use a good inline fuse holder and put in a 25.
