In Grand Theft Auto Vice City? After BoomShine Saigon, takin Phil to hospital. whatdo i do?

I don't know what to do after Boomshine Saigon. I completed all the other missions, in order too. I know theres more to the story, Sonny is supposed to come to vice city and all, but I don't know what to do now. Alll of the other missions are completed, except I havent done any jobs like Vigelante or taxi driver or any rampages, is that what I need to do?

I also have purchased Cherry poppins, Kaufman Cabs, Print Works, Malibu Club, and the film studio and completed the assets, on Cherry poppins I think you just distribute right?

Buys all businesses, do all of the missions for each business (you'll know when you're done when the business starts making money), do Taxi missions (100 fares), Vigilante (level 12), Brown Thunder (Apache Helicopter in Army Base, level 12), 100 Packages, Fire Truck missions (level 12), Ambulance missions (level 12), 50 sales in Cherry Popper missions, find all the cars for the Sunshine Autos, all 3 Stadium/Arena missions, RC missions, dirt bike missions (west island, northeast of downtown), all rampages, all unique stunts, there might be more things im forgetting. I suggest buying a strategy guide. Really useful. I used one when I played the game, beat it in 3/4 days.

Before the mission, plan a route to the nearest hospital to Phil's place. Drive as quickly and safely as you can to the hospital since you will be drunk and unable to drive very well. Phil will refuse to get medical treatment there and tell you to drive him to a friend of his. Drive as quickly and safely as you can to the new location and you will save Phils life. Don't let your car get destroyed because this will kill Phil and cause you to fail the mission. Just keep trying until you get it.
