The Cybermen -10 - they rock!
The Daleks - 9.
The Master - 8 - he's supposed to be an enemy but he has a heart, which costs him the top spot! He saved the Doctor's life in The Five Doctors story from 1983.

Daleks are my absolute favourite. I love them. They're fab - 10/10.
I also love the Master. I'm too young to remember Delgado, but Ainley was my Master, and he was just wonderful. 10/10 too.
Has there ever been an episode with Daleks AND the Master? I can't remember one, but now I really want to see one.
I'd have to put the Cybermen 3rd I suppose, but they're way below the Daleks and the Master. But I LOVED the Cybermats that went with them in some old stories. They were excellent.
