Ok let me give you some insight as to why you might feel that way. First of all,I am not racist,I have black friends. If your referring to the way alot of people answer these on Yahoo answers, its because your getting alot of people all across america.God, in some parts of rural america they hardly ever see black people let alone immigrants. There are racists throghout the US,yes, thats true, but they are ignorant. They watch shows like cops and see vile criminals usually of a black color and stereotype that that must be how blacks behave.Listen, you cant change the world, the only thing you can do is be you.If you hold a resentment twords whites in general, thinking every white person,or most, holds a prejudice twords blacks,..you will only increase resentment overall. Those ignorant rednecks are just that,IGNORANT.

Most white people don't have a problem with black people. They're not racist, but they may stereotype a bit.

Actually, I find there's more black people complaining about whites, than the other way around. Always saying we're the problem.

There may be a few groups in the south that don't want to lose their history... but no one cares what they think.

Whites as a people don't hate African Americans. Some whites as individuals hate other races. However the hatred is usually based in economics.

Please don't stereotype. All of white America doesn't hate black people. I am white. Some of my best ex-boyfriends were black. My husband is black. Stop concentrating on it. See the good in people.

I don't hate people based on their culture (race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.). I determine whether I like them or not by the person they are. I wish people would stop pointing fingers back and forth and just learn to get along with each other.

Hatred for any minority ( or racism) is learned, not a natural response. Can you imagine what our world would be like if there had been no slave trade, no civil war, no need for racial protests. I would like to dream that our world would be a much better place. But then there are allways those who are power hungry, and money hungry to mess things up.

They excelled in sports and left us behind. Actually I have seen great changes for the better. There will always be hatred as long as there are petty people. Keep trying and hopefully USA will be a better place.

Why do white America hate black people[black America] what did they do.?

10. American history & the major RACISM is a major aspect of European terrorism and colonialism. It manifests itself in exploitive-oppressive acts (by the colonizers who see themselves as the superior "white" race and all other races as "non-white" inferiors, subhumans). Europeans have historically looked upon "non-whites" as less human, and of course that makes "them" not worthy of having rights to their lives, their wealth, or their own land or nation. Racism is the oppression of one race by another. Racist Europeans have massively scattered themselves across the globe as parasites and cancers on the rest of humanity. Parasites in that they suck off the wealth of other nations and in order to enrich and to gorge themselves, leaving an emaciated people and a devestated nation when they have sucked all of the fat of the land. They are a cancer in that they have taken whole races and nations into extinction with their use of biological warfare. No other racism in the history of humanity has killed as much of humanity, enslaved so many, robbed so many, while expressing no real apology or restitution for its crimes.

i've found that ignorant or people scared of the unknown are the only ones who hate others based on their skin. it's pathetic but everyone profiles others.

african american culture is stereotyped as aggressive and outspoken which i have found to be frequently false. stereotypes are based usually on the loudest of any cultural group.

it's all very sad, really. they didn't do anything.
