Simple. Go to a torrent search site like torrentbox.com, torrentspy.com or thepiratebay.org. You can use the search boxes to search for specific games or browse the categories for one that strikes your fancy.
Just click on the 'download torrent' link (the actual wording varies from site to site). Once it's downloaded just double click on the .torrent file and BT should come up and start the download automatically.
I'll toss in three little tid bits of help:
1:Drop BitTorrent. It's creators have abandoned it, which means it no longer supports some newer protocols and is being banned from a growing number of trackers. Some scammers have picked it up and renamed it BitLord. They loaded it with spy/adware and even charge for Pro version.
Try Utorrent. It's free(as all P2P apps are), stable, and light-weight so it uses little system resources.
2:Get PeerGuardian2. It blocks such busy-bodies as the RIAA and others who like to harass the P2P community. It is, of course, free. Just download, install, update, and run it when you use any P2P app.
3: Any games you get very likely won't work for on-line play unless someone has a hacked server set up.
Check out dessent.net for a nice FAQ on bittorrent. Tons of info to help you get started. Good luck and I hope this helps!
