there are many sites, its html that allows you to add to your myspace, you will need to host your picture http://imageshack.us is my fave to use, then you will need to either enter the html manualy or since it doesnt appear you have much experiance itn it you might want to go to a site like this for help on making a custom layout http://www.mygen.co.uk

In order for you to do this, you have to upload and host your picture online. You can set up a free internet account with photobucket.com or imageshack. When you do this than you can have your picture as a background. After its uploaded all you need is the HTML code and the URL of your picture.
