You mean like Wallingford Street? Off Westheimer, between the Beltway and Wilcrest? Or do you mean Wallingford, Connecticut?

I used to live on the street in Houston (I advise, move away... quickly... that neighborhood is going to the dogs). There was a Taco Bell, a Boston Market, a Chinese Buffett, a Ninfas (across Westheimer) and a place that served po'boys. If you want music and food, I think you're out of luck in that area. There is nothing within walking distance. Go down to the Richmond Strip (Richmond, east of Fondren, west of Loop 610). You'll find plenty of places.

In Wallingford, CT, there is an Irish pub on Quinnipiac St which has live music and decent food. It's called the Old Dublin.
If there is a Wallingford section of Houston, I don't know about it (and I would, as one of my good friends is a transplant from Wallingford, CT to Houston.)
There's a Wallingford section of Seattle and there's also a Wallingford in England. You need to be more specific.
