What do they mean? They're like 12M OR 24M inside a little jar thingy. Please help this is driving me mad...and yeah I know its a bit of a random question!

It is the shelf life of the product i.e 12months or 24 months a bit like use by dates on food.

I think its just the volume of product that the container is designed to hold. Not sure why we need to know this. I've never known there be a use-by date in a bottle of shampoo or tube of toothpaste. Didn't think they had expiry dates.

shelf life once opened, have to have it by law, but i really dont think it would take you 12 months to get thru a tube of toothpaste!
