I hope no one reads this while eating... I used to work janitorial...
- bloody tampon someone tried to flush (and of course you can't)
- bag of some sort of meat that had sat out all day and was just a bag of blood
- had to go into the trash compactor to try to find a cd that an office worker accidentally threw out (it was never found and my supervisor never did come help)

Some of these questions have made me run to the bathroom, and several times I have left Y&A with an uncontrollable urge to sit fetal style in the shower and scald myself for hours !!!

I'd have to say a co-workers mangled index finger after he decided that he was a forklift mechanic & found out otherwise. Definitely tops my list.

half eaten mouse in some cat vomit , ..when I was a kid in a state children's home someone pulled the lever on a tank were they cooked slop with steam , it ran over the ground I had to stand in the middle and shovel it back in the tank , now that was ingrained in my brain

Dog poop. I had to pick it up off the porch cuz the neighbors dog pooped on the porch. I had gloves on though.
