is this bad or harmful? can i make it go away quick?

it would be just like a bruise on your arm -painful for a few days and then the discoloration fades.

It is just like any other bruise, it will go away.

If he was sucking on it.. its a hickey... It should go away in a few days. You will be fine. If its still there in a week. or gets worse. Go see your doctor. Just wait it out.
