I know some simply amazing men. They ones that I associate with are kind, generous, helpful, neighborly, friendly, would-give-you-the- shirts-off-their back types. My husband of 17 years is the most wonderful person I've ever met and I can't believe he married me. He defines the word 'integrity' as does my father-in-law.
I know there are men out there who are total jerks (I used to work for one) but I really think that's the exception. Look around, people, there are some great people out there if you look for them. However, if you look for the jerks, you'll find those, too.

A good man is strong, loving, compassionate, friendly, funny...among other things. I know 3 men who meet that criteria. Two are family, and the other is a very good friend. I'm proud of them for being strong men in a time where that doesnt seem to be the trend.

ahhhh...men...love their callused hands and sweaty pits (really)..love how their minds work, always trying to figure out how things work, their ability to cut to the point, their FOCUS, I love their hairy arms and chests (and even sometimes their hairy backs and butts) I love their stoic facade, I love that they will fight for me, I love men who genuinely LIKE women, not just NEED them for sex and housework, I love a man who looks me in the eye and not at my chest, I love it when men "let me" into their heads and hearts, I love a man who has integrity and who won't put up with my s**t or anyone else's. I love men like my husband who is all of the above.

There are plenty of things that I love about the opposite sex. I wouldn't be able to love my husband, my son, my father, my brother, etc if there wasn't.

I praise the Lord for my hubby everyday. And i say an extra Amen when he takes the garbage out , or moves some heavy furniture.
