should i get the honda 250 or the yamaha 250f?

Number One: all types yamaha bikes have better performance than honda bikes. for example the 2007 honda cbr 1000r couldnt beat the 2007 Yamaha Yzf R1
Number Two: There quality is much better
Number Three: Yamaha Is better than Honda
Number four, Most Importantly : Yamaha is Better than honda

Way to small, try a 1700 Yamaha or 1800 Honda.

honda!!! they are both nice bike cuz they are both japanese, but honda is better than any other japanese bikes,
