To make people be more intemidated of him, Vince said it was a message to Trump. I would have said and done more to Vince I would have beat the s*** out of him, i think Rey got mad because he was making fun of him, I would have gotten mad to. Rey can beat the s*** out of Vince any day! Umaga doesn't stand a chance against Lashley! Umaga and Vince suck! Trump sucks to but, I HATE VINCE!
Vince is going to be bald!

In all honesty though, Rey Jr. has been having knee problems. He's been gone for so long because he had to recover from the surgery done on his knee. He is very nearly there, but not quite. He should be ready to return around Wrestlemania. What the WWE wanted to do was set up possible opponents for him around Wrestlemania and also prevent people from forgetting about the guy. He will be back to actually wrestling matches within the month.

Because it was the "evil" thing to do. They did'nt want rey rey to suffer. It was so Umaga can look more credible.
