Thats really sad. I am a Christian and would never think of condemning a person because of his/her lifestyle. Thats not our job, but its a terrible thing how alot of Christians take it upon themselves to judge others, and even go to great lengths to point out the sins of others, rather than looking at their own lives. The Bible say for us not to judge b/c we ourselves will one day be judged. A Christians job is to share the love of Christ, and He certainly loved w/o condition. He hated sin but loved people and even being the Son of God did not judge or condemn others. He loved us and died for us, even those of us who have gone against his teachings. Although He was perfect, we are not and never will be. He will not hold that against us. Homosexuality is a sin, but so is lying and overeating, etc. And we all have sin in our lives. The thing is, sin doesn't take you to hell, its whether Christ is in your heart that determines your destiny. Hope I wasn't offensive in this - if I was, I am sorry!!

Because we are deliberatly lead here by Yahoo. All the time when were hanging out in the religion and spirituality board, and get done answering a question, It says "your on a roll, keep answering". And for some reason it shows questions from the gay boards? I can only guess that Yahoo feels that we religious types need to be more tolerant.

Because they are secretly craving the attention. Half the people who come here and say that homosexuality is bad are afraid of becoming gay. That's not possible. They cannot change who they are. Being gay is not a choice.
Not all Christians are like that, mind you. I am a Roman Catholic. Most people that think that believe that they are spreading God's word, but they are not. God doesn't discriminate like that. Besides, if God didn't like it, he wouldn't have made them that way. He loves all.

You are making a mistake. I'm a Christian and I have no problem to talk about it.
But, when you are asking in a public forum like this one you will get all kind of answers... and you should try to write without hearting peoples beliefs.

Because they feel like they have the rights to enter that area, and believe that other people don't have the right to choose the sex that they are attacted to. They believe that they are doing others a favor by telling others that they are 'wrong' by their standards. Weird? I know

hi. I agree that marriage is a sacred union between woman and male basically, interior of God's kingdom, and His regulations. Civil regulation is a various rely all jointly. They not often coincide with God's regulations. gay and Christian are on an analogous time unique words, as Jesus says in case you like me you will save my commandments, and if someone says they love Him and don't save his commandments, they seem to be a liar and in fact not in them. So if gays choose a civil union, enable 'em. There could desire to be NO Church sanctioned gay marriage, although. As we are all ok conscious, in u.s. we've a element stated as separation of Church and State. If civil regulation needs to permit the union of gays and lesbians, so what? It has not something to do with faith or the Church...it has to do with a morally bankrupt international and a corrupt government. Our united states of america has regulations permitting each and every style of rubbish, so why could desire to this be any diverse? How corrupt replaced into Roman government in the process the time of Christ? He stated to obey the regulations of the land, and save your eyes in the direction of heaven. Jesus additionally stated on an analogous time as we are interior the international to not be OF the international. If all of us did that, nicely, we does not situation ourselves incredibly lots with problems with this international... as far as gay adoption is going, nicely, i'm against it, yet back, none people can decide on our mom and dad, regardless of if or not they're "sturdy" [or not], regardless of if or not they're Christian [or not], regardless of if or not they're abusive [or not]. Heterosexual atheists can and do have babies, and carry them with their humanistic thought device. we can't settle on who has babies and who does not, in simple terms because of fact we don't believe them (a minimum of not in u.s.). as quickly as we are adults, we could desire to compliment how we can stay our lives and regardless of if or to not settle for Christ, no rely how we've been raised or who raised us.

That's an excellent question. They can always exercise their right to free speech by NOT responding to your question. I don't have the answer to your question, but since I think it's such a good question, I'm going to give you a star.

They think they can convert us. But they never can.
By doing so, they commit the greatest sin by judging others when they say that they aren't. This makes them hypocrites.
