I am looking for a market place of high caliber website designers. I tried enlace but the quality was too low. I am hoping to find designers that can produce websites of the caliber found on monster templates but without the high cost and with greater flexibility. I have a good volume of work that needs to be done. Thanks very much for you help.

I recommend you the "freelancer_is" group at Yahoo! Groups. There are a group of young web-design freelancers who work on a project auction system with very specific rules. That means you will get proposals from the freelancers and the winner (who's project was selected) will get from you another dead-line and an advance for completing the project.
