i have a question why when i run i lose muscle is it becasue i dont go to eat alot in the food places oh and how do i get more hp-aka health bar

you need to eat more healthy foods eat the salad meals each time you eat or drink it will increase your heath bar

you need some fat otherwise when you exercise, cycle or run, it saps your muscle instead of fat. get to a food place and get some fat. you can get bigger health bar by doing all of the paramedic missions. this will max out your health. best to do out in country in small settlement so you dont have as far to keep returning to the hospital. you can also get 50% more armor if you do all the vigilante missions. and, get this, do all the firefighter missions to become completely fireproof!!!!!

as a guideline i usually try to eat every 30mins (real time) that im playin gta. but also you gotta go to the gym at least once during a sitting (per 3 hours play) good luck!

Ya, you have to get enough calories to keep your muscle. Too much, though, and you'll get fat as well. Your HP goes up based on how much physical exercise your guy has gotten, I think.
