How can I get body glue off of a formal dress?

I have a Tiffany dress that I am wanting to sell, but I need to get body blue off of the inside of it. I'm afraid to use water & soap because I don't want to ruin it.

oxy clean or u can buy these shout wipes from the store

if you cant peel it off, maybe you could steam it from the iron or something.
