It has a woman's silhouette on the front of its oval shape. It opens just like a locket does, but there is pressed face powder inside with a tiny powder puff and a mirror like finish on the inside of the opposite side. I was wondering how much other necklaces like this were selling for and if I could find another one.

"Cameo" is the name of the silhouette design

I've never heard of them having a makeup compact inside, though.

Are there any markings on the back of the locket?

The Antiques Roadshow will be touring again this summer -
check if it will be in a city near you and maybe you could have it appraised.
