Ok, so I need to transport the card, and I was wondering where it is located and how to do this. They are both old laptops: one a Vaio and one a really old Versabay 2. I have no idea where the card is located, how to tranport it, or if this will even work. Also, what is the difference between internet and ethernet?

internet is the service provider to the web-ethernet is the provider from the modem to the computer. and what you need is the conector to the Messiah-you are without the commanded blood atonement sacrifice Leviticus 17:11 therefore either you can not be Jewish or you will acknowlege Isaiah 52:13-53:12 He will lay down his life to make atonement for our sins. be real and get the connection and then you need to call up the computer store and find out when to bring it in if they cant identify it over the phone-they can tell you what card you need and procure it for you too.
