Is this discrimination?

If there is a noticable difference in you co-workers hours compared to yours.If co-workers of the same level get paid more than you.Could there be discrimination besides race,gender etc. i.e. personnal discrimination.add links if possible.

Could be that they are more experienced than you. Could be that they work quicker than you.

It depends if the to co worker ur refering to has been there longer than u. than that's why.
