I need to dissolve the threads inside the drilled hole of a stone bead.?

I would first try a mechanical means of cleaning the threads. You could purchase a tap and run it through.

If this doesn't work, I would consider filling the hole with a modern epoxy like JB weld. let it cure and then drill a little smaller hole, tap and use a smaller screw.

Lastly, you could use acid as it will attack the metal and eventually dissolve it- however, it could also damage the bead.
