Your numbers may be a bit high.
From a wiki article on apoptosis:
"Between 50 billion and 70 billion cells die each day due to apoptosis in the average human adult. In a year, this amounts to the proliferation and subsequent destruction of a mass of cells equal to an individual's body weight."
But, this does not have a primary reference, so I would suggest looking at other sources as well. A textbook on Cell Biology would be a good place to start.

Different types of cells reproduce at different rates. Blood cells, brain cells, skin cells, bone cells..........all different. I don't know that there is a set number. If you are simply doing an assignment on exponential growth your numbers are probably correct.
