There are quite a few good ones, but they all require a payment for their information.

I've used http://www.creditsolutions-uk.com/ with no problems or big bills, as it uses D&B information. Experian and Equifax have brought their web product on a long way in the last few years too.

Companies House gives you the official situation of the Company. The company itself should provide the rest. If they cannot it is definitely in trouble! What other type of information are you after?
