i had a real hard day at work, after i sat down in the toilet las nite, a bit of semen (really lumpy) dripped. I did not have previous intercourse, nor was i aroused. Should i be considered i have some kind of prostate disease? Any help welcome.

Nope it is just DSB (dead sperm back up) (a little joke) "pre ***" it happens alot when you push/strain to poop and at the same time your pushing out semen.
A lot of men leak all the time so don't worry about it.

Are you sure it was semen, and not a discharge of some sort? It might be something like a yeast infection, or you might be having some other medical issues. I would suggest seeing your doctor about this.

You may have a problem with your prostate. Make an appointment with your doctor who may then refer you to a urologist for further tests & treatment.
