I wanna watch one, but which one is better and whats the difference between them??

In Armeggedon, there is light at the end of the tunnel, whereas in Deep Impact, its far more hard hitting. Personally, I think you should watch both.

Armageddon is more action oriented. Deep Impact is slower paced and more focused on individuals. I did like Armageddon more, just because I found it more plausable of what would actually happen, but in reality it would probably be a combination of the to movies. Two different takes on the same event, so to speak. If you go for Armagaddon, get/rent the Criterion Collection 2 DVD set, they have some great bonus features on it. Informative and entertaining. But do both and between the two of them paint an accurate picture of what might happen if a large comet were headed for earth.

Armageddon is more of an action story. A team heads up to the asteroid to blow it off course. Deep Impact is a more personal emotional story about people getting ready for the impact. Deep Impact focused ore on emotions than adventure. Armageddon was directed by Michael Bay who is known for action sequences. Deep Impact was directed by Mimi Leder, a more emotional director.

Armageddon is an action movie, no real human interest. Deep Impact is more realistic. I liked Deep Impact more because it was written better. Didn't do as well because it didn't have the big names and the action.

armageddon had better actors that's for sure. deep impact is a father-daughter thing and so is armageddon, but armageddon had kind of a love story and comedy thing incorporated as well. i PREFER armageddon.

I rented a watched both the sameday. Armageddon was big budget, big actors, big action, and totally unrealistic. I liked Deep Impact better. I think you should see both and judge for your self

Armegeddon we get missed , Deep Impact we get hit i like Armegeddon better got more action and is funnier
