Take your hands and rub slowly over every part of your body and in all the cracks. What every feels nice do more of it. You can use some hand creme to make your hands move more easily over your body. usually rubbing the more sensitive parts feels the best. Like your nipples, between your legs and in the back between your checks. Don't be shy about sticking your fingers in places. Start with a long warm bubbly bath so you will be very clean inside and out. Give yourself a message all over on your muscles to help relax. Squeeze and press on your muscles slowly and firmly. Wow, people were really in a smart *** mood when they decided to answer your question. So don't let them make you feel dumb, it's a serious question! Turning yourself on can be a task when you're first trying to figure it out. You just have to experiment with yourself (I know this sounds weird) but it's true.
