You need to be talking to him about how you feel, not us. Be open and honest. (And don't judge him about his girlfriend, that will just make him defensive.)

He may think he is just trying to protect you, so he wouldn't see why you would get upset. Let him know that you are becoming independent, and don't need a big bro to look out after you.

Oh, and please do reevaluate your relationship. Sometimes it is easier for other people to see the faults in someone you like, so don't rule your bro's advice out entirely.

It sounds to me like he is not in love and can't imagine being in love. He doesn't have the right to judge you but he feels he has some control over you because he is older and, of course, your brother. He probably understands that "young love" is something that won't last. It's the experimental stage. You can only define your emotions and tell him that. young love does exist, it just doesn't last (95% of the time).

He shouldn't be using the girl because he is obviously misleading her. He is a deceiver (many of them out there, men/women alike)

well that is family. I have 3 older sisters and they keep telling me that i dont knwo what love is and all that u r in is puppy love. so what i do is ignore them when it comes down with they want to say because what i feel is love and that is the best way i can explain my relationship.

He can say what he wants. That doesn't make him right.
