Which version of "Call Of The Wild"? There have been several.

(1935) starring Clark Gable, directed by William Wellman.

(1972) starring Charlton Heston, directed by Ken Annakin.

(1992) starring Rick Shroder , directed by "Alan Smithee" (a pseudonym, which means the director took his name off the film in protest to the way it was cut or released).

(1996) titled Call of the Wild: The Dog of the Yukon (a Hallmark Hall of Fame TV movie)_ starring Rutger Hauer, directed by Peter Svatek.

(1997) title: Jack London's Call of the Wild, (this is the alternate title for the 1996 movie above. )
