I need to turn word sideways so it will print 11x8.5 (for a project). I am using word 2003 if that helps any.

Open your printer properties and select landcscape!

Use Word 2003's Word Art Feature. You can do just about anything with it. Change font colors, styles, angles, dropshadow, outline, wavy, circle anything.

Hi!
There is a way to make the document go horizontally, if that is what you are asking. You must:
-Click file
-Page setup
-Click the "paper size" tab
-Click the "landscape" circle
