It has happened to me. Usually because of the thought of a hot summer at home, and no money for a holiday.

Early spring is the time when the whole world awakens after the winter hibernation. It is a time for you to 'awaken' as well. Look at all the life around you. Stop and smell the roses. Take a positive view and be thankful that you can be a part of it all. Be glad that a new dawn is breaking.

If all else fails - go for therapy.

Yes, I do get depressed. I think it's the change that depresses me, but I also think I revert back to school days...no more school is depressing!!
