Depends on what you consider a "fine" beach. Some people like year round warmth. Some like a party atmosphere. Some like a family atmosphere. Some like a half a mile of sand before you get there. Some like casino gambling. Some like a boardwalk. Some like the surrounding community. Some like the prices of oceanfront accomodations.....shall I go on?
