What does it mean when your breasts keep falling out of your bra?

And you wear a size c 36? It's annoying, especially when I'm playing ping pong with a cute guy and I bend over and my breast falls out of the bra cup. Suggestions?

Try a better form bra, or maybe one size bigger. if you want to know a good answer go to a department store or Victoria's Secret and they have the girls to help you find the perfect bra normally. THat would work well too if you don't want people on the internet's help. Hope that helps!!!

you are either wearing the wrong size of bra or a style that is not meant to play sports in. If you are wearing anything that is called a plunge or demi, you are more apt to fall out of them. I have a few bras that I got after a fitting at Nordstroms and I cannot play sports in them or I fall out. Try a more full coverge cup.

go get your self fitted. I actually would not recommend victoria's secret. Try macys or nordstroms. They will actually help you find a variety of styles for you. And you may not wear the same size in every brand. I wear a 38C in most brands but in DKNY for example I am a 38D.

Try a size bigger or a whole different style all together. Maybe rounder/larger cups.

For sports with guys, try a sports bra.
