I believe there is nothing we can do about it. I thinks its the Earths natural process.

I believe that the earth goes through periodic warming and cooling cycles. The things that we do and the emissions that we put into the air may have some effect, but if we weren't here at all I believe the temperature cycles would still occur.

I think it's funny that while most Republicans now acknowledge that global warming exists, they still pick and choose information to support blatantly wrong theories like "it's the Earths natural process," while deftly ignoring the overwhelming scientific data asserting humans and their industrial processes are the cause of the current drastic climate change. Hundreds upon hundreds of scientists - experts in their fields - have all but proved human-derived global warming, yet why should we believe them?

Scientists need to be respected and we as a culture need to listen to them, work with them, and incorporate their findings and predictions into sound political policies that will counteract our climate destruction.

I cannot deny that global warming is occurring. However I know that it is a natural cycle. Think of the bright side, once the fresh water from the Poles enters the Atlantic ocean, the Gulf stream will stop and/or slow, creating yet another mini ice age North America and, even more so, Europe.

As do I. Climate change is a cyclical occurrence. Do the Global Warming Chicken Littles deny the existence of various Ice Ages?

One medium sized volcanic eruption spews more greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere than Man has done since the dawn of the Industrial Age.

It is the Earths natural process. The precipitation cycle keeps the Earth relatively cool. With out it the Earth would be 140 degrees F. When the precipitation cycle slows down the Earth gradually gets hotter. When the Earth cools down it gets colder.

It is a natural process, but green house gases and a few other minor things humans do accelerate the process. If we removed those gases (all other things being equal) the earth would cool.

It is cold at my house right now. If global warming is happening I sure wish it would hurry up.

Bush, McCain, Giuliani, and Brownback all think it's real and it's caused by humans.

They all have also stated that there are steps we could take that would mitigate it, and some have even suggested we adopt a cap & trade system.
