What is that movie called?

The movie about the girl being abused by her mother and she has different personalities..and her mom abused her but putting a tube of cold water up her private part? What is that movie?

It was Sybil with Sally Field. It is also being remade for TV to be released sometime this year.

Never saw the movie, but the book Sybil was VERY disturbing....I don't know if I'd want to see it in action!
