Well yes, but do you mean Vancouver, Washington Or, Vancouver, BC? If you are refering to BC the option I would suggest would be Trailways Northwest which provides frequent daily service bewteen Seattle & Vancouver, BC. Also Amtrak has one train a day along that route. Public transit can be used from the peace arch into seattle with several transfers though no service is available between that point (Blaine) and Vancouver, BC. If however you mean Vancouver, WA the trip can be done by public transit as follows; Starting from Vancouver use CTRAN route 71 to the Salmon creak park and ride. From there take CAP Transit service to the Olympia area (Tumwater Square stop) Then Intercity transit to Lakewood via downtown Olympia route 13 to route 603 and finally Sound Transit from Lakewood into Seattle route #592 or 594

Vancouver, BC or Vancouver, WA? Either way, the train is worth looking into.
