I hate you - your question is too sexist to give an actual answer.

Definately not common at all.
Humbling, but definately humilating, for any grown adult to allow another adult to embarasser them in front of company.
And it relflects negatively on you both as it says to the company that you are some knid of control freak and she is a pushover.
You ar not helping her at all you ar making a negative impact on her life.
If she actually lets you have that much control over her, then she must love you very much or all her confidence and self worth in herself as an adult has been destroyed.

No my sweetie doesn't make me wear a pacifier. Yes I am a big whining baby if I don't get my way. But my husband loves me and he knew what he was getting into when he married me.

Its not common, so that way I propose a law to use the pacifier when a woman starts to whine like a little baby. If not properly worn while on a tantrum, the woman will be prosecuted by her man.

Wow, you must have a real problem with your woman. My husband buys me diamonds not pacifiers. Try treating her like that and see if she changes.

Wow...you really have no right to do that, and if my guy tried to do that (which he wouldn't because he actually respects me), he would probably be single in a matter of seconds. And no, that's no common at all. You're just a mean person.

I find it's very effective to put duct tape over the mouth of a man who thinks he's "master" - especially in front of other guys.

If you could only see the image I have in my mind of what your home and family actually looks like (lol).
I think your family should be on TV.
