Absolutely! Since positive blood is dominate, your children's blood type will probably be B positive. The problem the use to exists was when the woman had negative blood and was carring a positive baby. The woman's body would build up antibodies against the positive fetus. This problem has almost been eliminated in USA by giving the woman an injection after her first child to prevent this from happening. I know this because I'm A negative and my husband is A positive. I have 4 children and they are all A positive.

In this day and age anyone can marry anyone. People with different blood types can be tested when pregnant, and are given a needle (a med called Rhogam) to help with the difference in blood which is called RH factor.

I never knew that your blood type had anything to do with being married or anything like that, the only blood thing that I knew of is if the woman is diabetic then it can be a issue for having a baby.

yes, even in opp case, its ok.
conception shud also be no prob.
during pregnancy some tests may b prescribed by the dr. and after first delivery the mother is given anti-D injection.
RH factor generally is not of much matter nowadays due to the many tests and scans done during the pregnancy which helps us know the baby's condition.

Blood type does not matter. Even if you had opposite RH blood, that can be treated.
