Fitting a 8.4 GB DVD on a 4.7 GB one will degrade the image and sound quality. Anyway, your best bet would be to use DVD Decrypter.

*Ahem* i wouldn't know this cause i *ahem* never pirate things but i had a .... um..... "friend" who could just copy a movie from a dvd (like a real movie, like "Saw" or something) onto a 4.7 GB dvd-r by using "Arc DVD copy". You can only use it 7 times, but just keep the installer and reinstall the program every 7 times and you can use it forever... *ahem* but i wouldn't know....

You might be able to compress it that much, not sure.
You can definitely use winrar to rip it into as many pieces as you like. It's free. Gimme a holler if you need specific help.
