It depends on where you live, and you really shouldn't release that information. So, for example, you could throw it at a karaoke place or a club (like the other person said), but it hast to be legal, seeing as your turning 14. I think the best suggestion would be at your place like the first person said, and if your place isn't big enough, ask a friend (that you're inviting) if you can borrow their place for your party. Sometimes roller skating rinks work o.k. for dance parties too.
