Well you can.......... but you must be prepare for the feelings and drama that will most likely come afterwards. Catching feels for guy, will this guy feel the same about you?, Is he secretly into someone else?, will he see it as sex and nothing more?, will you be able to look at him the same since the personal boundry line has been crossed?,etc. Many things will play factors if you go through with this. I've had this problem before so I know where you are coming from.

It will change the relationship and if you are each others "first" it will be very awkward for quite sometime. Staying "just friends" after sleeping with someone is pretty difficult and I don't know anyone who was able to do it. You either wind up dating and realizing it works or not then trying to reconstruct what you had. Good luck this is a tough one.

Having sex with ur best friend can put a huge strain on your relationship as friends. One of u might want to get serious whereas the other doesnt, and then u wil no longer remain friends. Before u ddo it think about it, because if u really want to keep this friend, dont do it..........

Friendship is a relation where sex is out of question, unless friendship is graduated to something else. Of course, something might happen in a given time and place, but afterwards the friendship suffers.
